Download Policy
Once you have paid for and downloaded your Audiobook, eBook or PDF digital file, you now own a copy of it, so we do not accept returns on our PDF digital downloads. If you are having trouble viewing your file, please reach out to us via email at thelastplum@yahoo.com and we will try to help you troubleshoot.
Refund Policy
If you have received a damaged hardcover or softcover physical book during shipping, please email us to let us know so we can help you submit a claim for processing through the shipping carrier. We will be happy to send you another replacement book once the claim has been processed.
